The boys in 5th and 6th grade basketball will have practice after school from 3:20 to 5:00.
Also, the Volleyball game for tonight at Pope County will try and start at 5:30 for JV and then Varsity will play.
Hey 8th grade parents/guardians!
It is that time of year we need to start collecting 8th grade pictures for the graduation slideshow.
I would like a "little kid" picture and a current picture of each 8th grader. If you don't send in a current picture, we will use the most current yearbook picture.
You can send them in with your student and I will scan them in and give them back to you.

The Spring Fling Carnival is fast approaching. We are in need of items for the basket raffle. The date has been extended to March 1st to turn items in. See the school Facebook page for grade level themes.

SRO Leek was presented a plaque by Anna 37 Board of Education at last nights meeting thanking him for his service to our students,our school, and our community. Congratulation officer Leek on your new position we will miss you.
District 37 parents and guardians. Good evening. Beginning in March, all 3rd through 8th grade students will be given the Illinois Assessment of Readiness. This is an important measure of student growth and their preparedness for the next grade level or high school. School administrators and teachers use this information when making various decisions for individual students, so it is very important that student’s give their best effort. Specific information regarding the assessments will be sent home with students this week. Please ensure that your child reads and understands this information. This message is a reminder that Anna District 37 will have early dismissal tomorrow February 14th. K-2 and Mrs. Stacey's pre-k will dismiss at 11:20. Mrs. Kristoff's AM pre-k class will dismiss at 10:30 am and we will need the pick up line clear to accommodate their dismissal time. Thank you

Dismissal times will be as follows: kindergarten through 2nd grade 11:20 AM, 3rd through 6th grade 11:25 AM, 7th and 8th grade 11:30 AM. The girl’s basketball game against Unity Point has been cancelled. The boys will still play tonight starting at 5:00 pm. The girls basketball will not have practice tonight.

Due to unforeseen circumstances at Vienna, the volleyball game for tonight Tuesday, February 6, 2024 has been cancelled and has been rescheduled for February 28, 2024. The volleyball girls will have practice from 3:30 to 5:00 today.
Mr.Nick Sadler's bus route will be running 45 minutes late both morning and afternoon on Tuesday January 6. This apply to his out of town students only.
